Retourware: these are online returns, most of which show signs of use and also partly broken original packaging, missing accessories and defects in the product itself.
In percentages I would say that 60% should be directly sellable and 40% has those issues (partly broken original packaging, missing accessories and defects in the product itself)
These percentages are taken from our experience and may differ for a single box / pallet!
