We have Home and Audio Raw customer returns from e-commerce shops. We sell them by pallets. Pallet has a packing list. The packing list may have 5% of differences from the reality. The products are mainly with small defects like a scratch or the package is missing. 10-20% of the goods have bigger problems like the sound button is stuck or one headphone is not working. The other products are good shape and sellable as new products. Products are with UK plug. The voltage is 220-230
