Offer's description
High quality sausage knife. The blade is made of a modern stainless steel alloy containing chromium, molybdenum and vanadium 5CrMoV15. It is a new generation steel in which chromium and molybdenum improve strength properties and vanadium resistance to crushing. Thanks to careful technology, the knife holds focus well and is also easy to sharpen – we recommend a diamond sharpener with a gradation of 400/600. The handle is comfortable in the handle made of exotic Pakka wood. The knife should not be washed in the dishwasher.
