Liquid, chloride-free, medium active flux type 2.1.3 A according to ISO 9454-1, which is an alcoholic solution of organic compounds, with a low solids content of ~4%. Ecologically safe. Designed for mechanized soldering of printed circuit boards on a double wave of binder in surface mounting.
Physicochemical properties:
- Appearance: transparent, slightly straw-colored
- Odor: sharp alcoholic
- Solubility in water: partial with the formation of a sediment
- Other solvents: toluene, ethanol, methanol, hexane, 2-propanol
- Activity by the static method at 250C: - Sn60Pb40 alloy flow area ≥ 206 mm2
- Halide content: 0%
- PH (1% aqueous solution): 3.34
- Content of subst. non-volatile: 3.81%
- Density at 20C: 0.80 g/cm3
- Packaging: 100ml oiler
Application:
The flux can be applied to soldered elements using the foam method, flux wave, spraying, immersion or brush. The residues from this process do not exhibit corrosive effects and do not require removal.
