Offer's description

Do you have 125 kHz access control system and are you looking for a handy RFID transponder with programmable 125 kHz chips for unlocking doors or other identification purposes?

We offer high quality RFID key fobs with the very commonly used programmable chip T5577.

The Atmel Temic T5577 key fobs are often purchased by companies and individuals who have a device for programming or cloning 125 kHz read-only chips.

The device reads the 125 kHz read-only transponder and then clones the card ID number onto the new T5577 key fob. When the T5577 key fob is encoded, it acts as a normal 125 kHz read-only chip (like EM4200 or TK4100).

T5577 key fobs are basically programmable 125 kHz transponders in the form of a keychain and are very convenient to carry around. They can unlock the doors, register working time, or can be used to identify users in various other RFID applications.

It is not a secret that 125 kHz read-only RFID chips can be cloned with inexpensive and accessible equipment. Several key-makers (in shopping malls, etc.) can duplicate in addition to your regular keys made from metal also your digital key stored on a RFID card or key fob. Banking cards and other secure RFID cards have their security on another level, which is why you cannot use chips T5577 to duplicate banking cards.

Atmel Temic cards T5577 contain a T5577 chip, and its basic component is the Atmel® ATA5577M1330C IDIC® chip that operates on a frequency of 125 kHz and has a programmable memory.

The T5577 chip is the latest version of the T55xx chip and is compatible with the previous versions, the T5557 and T5566.

The T5577 is used for several applications. It is quite common in older hotel systems where the room management system generates a temporary key and it stores it on the card, and is also used in amusement parks, wellness centers, etc. Lately, the chip has become very popular for cloning the ID from other 125 kHz transponders.

When the T5577 chip is programmed, it stores the cloned ID number and works like the original chips EM4200, EM4100, or TK4100.

The T5577 chip gives multiple opportunities to users and facilitates the work of property managers as well. If a user has a key on a card, it can copy it to a key fob or a sticker. The property manager can issue multiple key cards with a same key (for example for multiple family members), and if he uses offline standalone access control systems he does not have to go physically to the property.

The T5577 key fob housing have a very common tear shape, made from plastic material (ABS) measuring 40 x 32 x 4.5 mm. They also contain a ring with which it can be attached to the keys or other accessory. The key fobs are available in multiple colors (blue, gray, black, green, red, orange, and yellow).
