Installation location selection:
To ensure the maximum level of protection, it is recommended to install the device in all rooms and on every level of the residential building (both where there are devices or installations that may be potential sources of fire and in other rooms).
If the user has a limited number of detectors, it is recommended that the detector be mounted first: in rooms equipped with heating devices with an open or closed combustion chamber, in rooms with running gas pipes, and everywhere where a fire may occur.
The detector should be installed:

- on the ceiling – at the center point,
- or on the wall at a distance of 15–30 cm from the ceiling.
- in the case of larger rooms, the detector is installed every 10 m.
- if the ceiling of the room is not level (e.g. attic), the detector should be mounted at a distance of 1 m from the highest point.

Do not install the device:

- at a distance of less than 0.9 m from the kitchen, bathroom, heating devices burning fuel,
- in a draft of hot or cold air,
- near fans,
- in places with heavy dust,
- near windows,
- near chemicals,
- outside the building.

In the event of an alarm activation, it is necessary to:

- UNCONDITIONALLY LEAVE THE ROOM WHERE THE ALARM WAS ACTIVATED
- Report the problem to specialized units (fire department/gas emergency service)
- In case of any symptoms of poisoning (e.g. dizziness) in yourself or any household member, you must contact a doctor immediately
- As far as possible, open windows and doors (create a "draft") to ensure ventilation of the room
- In the case of a false alarm, please check the correctness of the installation and the selected location installation of the device.

Device usability period
The average usability period of the device (electronic sensor) is about 5 years. This time strictly depends on the environmental conditions in which the device operated, the production date, the number of alarm activations, etc. It is recommended to regularly replace worn-out models with new devices.
