CARTRIDGE SQUEEZERThe tear and durable squeezer for masses and glues. It will be perfect as a complement to your construction assortment. Designed for assembly work in construction, technical installations and mechanical services.

GLUING METHOD:1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded from dust, grease, oil, bitumen, rust and residual water and other substances that reduce the adhesion of the adhesive. The adhesive can be applied to damp surfaces, while the surfaces to be bonded should not be exposed to constant water. If the ground has unevenness, it should be leveled. The substrate must be stable. If necessary, protect the adjacent surfaces with paper tape before application.2. Cut off the end of the cartridge just above the thread. The dispensing tip should be cut at an angle. Place the cartridge in a special gun.3. Apply the adhesive in lines or spots to the substrate or the material to be glued. Do not apply the adhesive directly to the edges. For wide surfaces, the adhesive should be applied "wavy" to increase initial adhesion. For external use, the vertical line marking technique should be used. In the case of gluing two elements with non-absorbent surfaces, the applied adhesive must not be completely cut off from air access.4. Glue until the glue is moist (approx. 10 min). After the object is properly positioned, it should be pressed firmly to obtain a proper binding.5. Fresh dirt should be cleaned immediately after application with a dry cloth and then with acetone or white spirit. The hardened material can only be removed mechanically.6. Depending on the surfaces on which the elements are glued, it may be necessary to support heavy objects for min. 24 hours.
