Indispensable for regenerating worn connecting rods, shafts, bearing seats, keyways. After hardening, it can be painted over and mechanically processed (drilling, grinding, threading)

Steel Paste is a two-component, thixotropic composite. Designed for repair and regeneration of elements and parts made of steel, cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. After complete hardening, it can be subjected to mechanical processing. It is resistant to atmospheric factors, temperature and aggressive chemical compounds (acids, alkalis, solvents, petrol). Thanks to its properties, it is an alternative to expensive repairs. It is widely used in car workshops, industrial plants and households.

Typical applications include repair:

- repair and regeneration of worn bearing seats
- regeneration of worn and worn shafts
- removal of casting defects in castings made of cast iron, cast steel and non-ferrous metals.
- repair of knocked-out keyways and guides

- repair of metal elements that will be subjected to further processing
- mechanical (turning, milling, threading, grinding)

Directions for use:

- Glass Mesh T-048 can be used to strengthen the repaired area.
- Sand the repaired surface with sandpaper or a file.
- Remove any dirt and degrease (use Cleaning Kit P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959).

- Prepare a bowl for mixing the components.
- Apply two equal volumes of components A+B using different spoons - if in doubt, use a smaller amount of hardener (component B).
- Mix thoroughly until a uniform color and consistency are achieved, without streaks and air bubbles.
- Apply the mixed components to the repaired element, first filling the gaps and recesses.
- Perform the repair within 30 minutes of mixing the components.
