Instant glue for bonding all materials (except PE and PP), both hard and flexible, e.g. glass, metals, plastics, rubber, porcelain, wood, stone. Bonds instantly and seamlessly. Features:

Application:
Designed for instant bonding: metal, rubber, wood, ceramics, cement, hard plastics, glass, cardboard, plywood, aluminum, etc. (except PE, PP, and Teflon). Bonds hard and flexible materials. Also used for bonding metal combinations “metal + rubber, plastics + rubber, paper + plywood + glass, etc.” Bonding of O-ring seals. Parameters:

- Viscosity: 40 cP (mPas)
- Shear strength: 3.5 MPa
- Max. gap to fill: 0.10 mm
- Temperature range: -55°C to 80°C
- Shelf life: 12 months

Usage instructions:

- When opening the tube for the first time, pierce the membrane with the tip of the cap.
- Increased humidity speeds up the curing process.
- Degrease the surface (P-102 or P-959 Technical Degreaser). The surface should be clean and degreased.
- Apply glue only to one of the surfaces being bonded.
- Do not apply glue in large amounts (the less glue, the stronger the bond).
- After applying glue, join the surfaces and press them, holding them depending on the glued material from 10 to 90 seconds.
- Clean the applicator thoroughly from glue residues, unclog the nozzle, and close the tube.
