Adler Ad 4808 Meat grinder - description
A solid device for those who want to prepare their own sausages and minced meat. Meat grinder equipped with 3 interchangeable strainers: for sausage, poppy seeds and a medium strainer. The set also includes a butcher's attachment and a pusher. The whole thing is made of durable materials, easy to disassemble and clean. The user has a choice of 2 gears (forward and reverse). The machine uses a standard maximum power of 350 W, with a transmission ratio of up to 1500 W.
Reverse function
3 Sitka:
- 3 mm sieve - fine mesh for grinding to a fairly compact, uniform consistency. Perfect for stuffing and pâté.
5 mm strainer - medium mesh for grinding meat for minced cutlets, burgers, meatballs and fillings for dumplings, pancakes and tortillas. By using this strainer you can also grind vegetables, hard cheese and even nuts.
7 mm strainer - thick loops for mincing meat with a distinct structure. The strainer is intended for the production of sausages and giblets.
