Cooking without limits: the Klarstein Delicatessa 90 Flex induction hob makes optimal use of space with minimal energy consumption during cooking. It combines technical innovation with a luxurious look, and thanks to the vitroceramic surface, it gives the kitchen a new glow.
The Klarstein Delicatessa 90 Hybrid built-in cooktop has five heating fields with a total power of 7400 W, divided into 1 x 2300, 2 x 2000 W and 2 x 1500W, bringing the contents of the cookware to a boil in record time. Thanks to VarioHeating technology, two heating zones on the left or On the right side, they merge into one. The pot presence recognition function allows the combined heating field to adapt to the size of pots, pans and saucepans, as well as to large kitchen utensils that do not fit in one heating field. Delicatessa 90 Flex consumes, on the one hand, only the energy suitable for the respective pot, and on the other hand, it makes it possible to use pots and pans of different sizes. All individual fields and the flex zone have a separate power control and the ThermoBoost function, thanks to which the fast heating power increases again to 3000 W. For simple operation of the Klarstein Delicatessa 90 Flex ceramic hob, the integrated SenseControl touch panel with a touch slider for power control and a digital display are used. Thanks to this, additional regulators and buttons do not interfere with the elegant appearance of the working surface of the cooker. In addition to the temperature, a 99-minute timer can be programmed for each heating field, which turns off the hob after a set time or emits an acoustic signal.
To ensure smooth cooking, the Klarstein Delicatessa 90 Flex built-in hob has the appropriate safety features: If the heating field reaches too high a temperature, overheating protection is activated. The residual heat indicator based on the EcoTermal principle not only informs you whether the switched off heating fields are still hot. It also allows you to cook with residual heat to save energy. The ThermalRecall function remembers the set temperature and reactivates it if the cooking process is to be interrupted for a short time and then resumed. Additionally, child restraint can be enabled to prevent accidental changes to the cooking settings.
