Ceramic knife white - description
Extremely sharp knife with a ceramic white blade made of so-called zirconium dioxide (ZrO2). An important advantage of the knife is the high-quality material of the handle, the so-called "soft silicone rubber". Non-slip, soft and extremely pleasant to the touch. It guarantees high comfort of work and a firm grip on the knife. We recommend the knife for cutting vegetables, lettuce and, for example, peeling cucumbers. Ceramics do not react with the juices they secrete and thus they retain their original taste. Ceramic knives remain sharp for a long time without the need for sharpening due to the very high hardness of their blades.
