Advantages

RM II is the first bonding anchor with anchor rod RG M or internal thread anchor RG M I, which does not require borehole cleaning. This enables quick work progress and economical installation.

Additionally, there is less dust load from drilling on the construction site. This increases safety for the user.

The pre-portioned reaction cartridge is easy to use and particularly suitable for individual applications and overhead installation.

Using the internal threaded anchor RG MI allows for flush dismantling and reusability of the fastening point, providing optimal flexibility.

The Fischer reaction cartridge RM II is the first bonding anchor with European Technical Assessment Option 1 for cracked concrete, which can be installed in combination with a standard threaded rod (RG M) and does not require borehole cleaning. With the reaction anchor, steel constructions, machines, or stairs are anchored both indoors and outdoors. The mortar cartridge can be used with the Fischer anchor rod RG M and the Fischer internal thread anchor RG MI. With the reaction cartridge RM II, no borehole cleaning is necessary; nevertheless, relatively high loads can be applied. This allows for quick work progress as well as safe application.

Functionality / Installation

The reaction cartridge RM II combined with the anchor rod RG M or internal thread anchor RG M I is suitable for pre-insertion installation.

The 2K reaction cartridge RM II contains styrene-free vinylester resin and hardener.

The fastening element is set with a hammer drill and the corresponding setting tool.

During the setting process, the angled surface of the fastening element destroys the cartridge, mixes and activates the mortar.

The mortar fully bonds the fastening element with the borehole wall and seals the borehole.
