Offer's description
Prevents loosening of joints. Seals the joints. Protects against corrosion. Dismantling with hand tools.
A preparation of medium strength to protect the threads from unwanted loosening. Prevents the loosening of parts exposed to vibration, such as the fixing bolts of pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc. The product hardens when placed between tightly fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Resistant to temperatures from -54°C to 149°C. The initial hardening occurs after about 20 minutes. Complete after 24 hours. When used for less active metals, such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, pure aluminum, the curing time can increase. Recommended for fastening screws of size M6-M20 in devices that require periodic disassembly or maintenance. Allows dismantling for repair with hand tools. M10 bolt unscrewing moment: 20 Nm.
APPLICATION: Bolts for belt tensioners, pulleys, AC generators, oil tanks and bolts for other removable covers and devices.
