The OPTICUM OMS 5/8 PRO TRQ PLATINUM multiswitch is designed for the installation of an antenna system for satellite television DVB-S2 and terrestrial DVB-T2. The gold-plated sockets significantly reduce signal losses at the antenna cable connections, as well as prevent oxidation. The multiswitch automatically recognizes the type of signal that will be transmitted to the tuners. In the installation, it is necessary to take into account the connection of the multiswitch to a satellite antenna with a diameter of not less than 0.8m and a Quattro or Quad converter, as well as a terrestrial television antenna. The separation of the satellite and terrestrial signal coming out of the multiswitch is done through the end subscriber sockets. The multiswitch is powered via an external power supply, which eliminates the phenomenon of increased working temperature, which is a common cause of device damage.
