Photo and video recordings are made in color (night-time recordings are only black and white due to brightness).
The wildlife observation camera is an automatic surveillance camera. It is triggered by movement of humans (or animals) within a certain area, which is monitored by a highly sensitive passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor; High-quality images (up to 12 megapixels) are automatically recorded or video clips are recorded in 1080p HD (WVGA or QVGA).
With sufficient lighting (after sunrise), the device takes pictures and videos in color, at night photos and video are taken with infrared in black and white.
The camera is easy to use. It is protected against water and snow for outdoor shots.
