May contain: soy, milk, celery, mustard. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Instructions for use: The bottle with the open cap should be pointed towards the glass of water and then the center of the bottle should be pressed. A 6 ml portion of the product (6 bottle presses) should be added to 1 L of water.  Use the product 1-3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
