Thermal Adhesive 1200 °C 300ml Technicqll
Fire resistant paste based on silicates. Excellent for all materials operating at very high temperatures above one thousand degrees Celsius. Resistant to exhaust gases, diluted acids, water, chemicals, and negative temperatures.

Application:
Designed for repairs, assembly, and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g. manifolds, mufflers) in mechanical vehicles and construction, in assembly and sealing of damaged fire-clay, metallic, and ceramic pipes, conducting and discharging exhaust gases, liquids.
Bonding:
The surfaces to be bonded should be free from any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.). Metal surfaces should be degreased using Cleaning Set P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959.
Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces, spread it evenly and join the elements.
Within 5 minutes you can adjust the position of the elements.
Sealing:
The gap/joint should be free from any dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.).
Apply the adhesive and smooth it with a spatula dipped in water.
Within 5 minutes you can adjust the position of the elements.
Specification:
- Color: gray
- Full curing: 24 hours
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to 1200 °C
- Shelf life: 18 months
IMPORTANT:
The joint after thorough drying and firing at temperatures above 500 °C for about 2 hours obtains resistance to water and aqueous solutions. Heat gradually to avoid blistering and cracking in the joint.
