The traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP silver seal is one of the three traditional balsamic vinegars of Acetaia Ferretti Corradini. It is characterized by an aging of at least 6/7 years more than the Lobster sticker and, therefore, for a period ranging from 18 to 22 years.

It is produced according to the method established by the Regulations of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO. According to the dictates of the Disciplinary, the grapes used can only come from the province of Reggio Emilia. Furthermore, the aging regime is fully established and, finally, the method for obtaining a true Balsam is codified, namely that of decanting and reinforcement.

The quality certification is then entrusted to a strict commission of the body.

The traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO silver label is a vinegar characterized by a higher concentration than the Lobster sticker and by a less accentuated acidity. This gives it a very pleasant sweet and sour taste. Its long aging makes it perfect for pairing with spicy and aged cheeses. Excellent for creaming risotto, especially if with vegetables or scampi, it is excellent with beef fillet. Also to be discovered on desserts.

Its elegant bottle, reminiscent of an inverted tulip, make it a splendid object to bring to the table to enrich the most important occasions.
