The Fiat 126 is a passenger car constructed at the Fiat plant, produced in Italy in the 19721980, and in Poland from June 6, 1973 to September 22, 2000 (Polish Fiat 126p). The Polish license version was produced by the Polmo Small-Volume Car Factory in Bielsko-Biała and Tychy. Its predecessor was the Fiat 500, the successor to the Fiat Cinquecento. For many years, it was one of the most common cars on Polish roads, it also lived to see many colloquial and common names, the most popular of which became its official name at the end of the production of this model (1997). These cars were used to deliver postal items.
