We define customer returns as "Raw untested customer returns from high street stores, items have not been tested or checked for faults. These are items that have been purchased by a customer in store or online and on return to the store have been considered unfit for resale. Reasons for return can vary greatly from faulty products and warranty returns to appearance of the packaging, failed deliveries or simply the customer purchased the wrong item. Items will need checking and in some cases repair before re-sale."

We only currently ship domestically within the UK however if you have your own forwarder or can arrange one we are happy to ship to them inside the UK for them to export.
