At what times can I use the service of a dedicated consultant to contact foreign companies?

Our consultants are available from 9:00 to 17:00 on working days

How will my purchased consultant's time be billed?

All your orders and the time of their execution as well as a detailed calculation will be available in the customer panel. You will always have a clear picture of how your time and therefore your money, is accounted for.

How much time do I have to use the package, what happens if I don't use it in time?

There are no time limits for using the purchased consultant time. The only condition is to have an active (paid) Premium PLUS account or higher.

I have already used all the consultant time available in the package, how can I buy another package?

In the customer panel, after logging in, you can buy additional hours or a new package at any time. You can use them within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that the dedicated consultant service is only available to customers with the Premium PLUS package (if you do not have it, you will need to purchase or extend it before you can request additional hours)

I bought a dedicated consultant package but don't want to use it. Am I entitled to a refund?

Within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a refund if you have not started using the service within that time. Remember, you have unlimited time to use the consultant's time in the package purchased by you. The only condition is to have an active (paid) Premium PLUS account or higher.
